Horrible service! Orders about 8 items or so got two that came with the completely wrong prints and one item never received. They said they would refund the item I did not receive, a month later still no refund. About the two wrong items they assured me the ones sent were just as good and should keep or give to a friend… they were gifts for friends and were 100% off from what I ordered so no I couldn’t then use them as gifts. Since I responded that that they were ridiculous for suggesting that and I wanted either a full refund or then to resend the correct items they have since stopped responding to my emails. Have sent several and I get nothing back. Cannot find any phone numbers to call either to speak to anyone about this matter.

Saw an ad on Facebook book for dog shirt. Ordered back on December 2019. Never received. Have many emails contacting them only to be told over and over to wait a little longer. Was sent tracking numbers with “17TRACK”, and contacted them too, never received anything. Asked many time for refund, only told to wait. It is now June 2020 and no refund and no shirt and can’t contact them, but just a couple weeks ago I still saw an ad on Facebook to buy from them.
Terrible company. Shipping takes forever as they send the wrong items then refuse to send the correct items or refund. Expect you to be okay wjth the wrong items and maybe a $5 gift card. It’s as if they are so desperate for business this scam is the only way to get it. Shirt quality was not great and customer service was awful. Terrible terrible terrible

I ordered 3 shirts on Feb 4th for a birthday on Feb 26. They never came and I asked customer service for my money back. They asked if I would be patient and since the shirts had shamrocks on them, I decided I would give them as St Patrick’s Day gifts. CS said they could not ensure they would get here by March 14th. I said I did not want them and to refund my money. They said they were in shipping process and I would have to wait. I received 2 of the 3 shirts in early April, one was the wrong size and I am still waiting on the 3rd shirt. I have emailed over and over but they keep asking me (in broken english) to be patient or try them on or send them a photo or… I keep trying to just get them to tell me how to return them, threatened to go to ScamPulse.com and to write a bad review. I saw other reviews for this company that sound the same as my story.

I order a shirt for St. Paddy’s at the beginning of February…when it hadn’t arrived by the beginning of March, I inquired only to be called “dear” and to “be patient” and to “trust us”. I asked for my money back on several subsequent occasions because it obviously wasn’t going to make it to me in time…nor did I trust it was making it at all. I was told they put the shipment on priority and when I still stated I wanted nothing to do with that and now wanted my money back for failure to send timely…I’ve heard nothing back. I’ve since looked at other reviews and there are similar complaints and several. Do not order from this “company”. The email comes back with Chinese writing in the sender address – so obviously whatever this sham front is based there. It should be shut down and the people behind held accountable.
