Received letter from Carrington Group, LLC Houston TX about bogus defaulted loan from American Webloan. They said they had no website! There is no info on Carrington on the internet and this happened to me 2 years ago from a company called Segal Bennett & Assoc. Almost identical situation. The phone at Segal no longer works and there were similar complaints filed against them. American Web Loan has also had numerous complaints filed against it.
