Type of a scam Debt Collections
Was contacted by an Ellis who stated I owed on 2 outstanding online loans. I asked for the companies names and accounts…when the loans were taken out. He could not answer those questions. So I said I would phone back. Spoke to another man when I phoned back and knew it was a scam. I tried to get an address out of him but he refused.
Called again under an alias and spoke to an Allison Williams. She confirmed I had an account EVEN THOUGH I gave her a false name.
This is a scam. DO NOT PAY!!
