We have had 2 patients come to our dental clinic with this card. When we called to see what benefits that the plan offered, they said it was a discount plan through Aetna Dental Access. Aetna is not associated with Carefree Dental. I spoke to them, and they did not know what it was. The customer service representatives for Carefree Dental are very rude, and tell us we are in their network. We are not. We do not accept this card. They are taking advantage of elderly and underprivileged people. They have people giving positive reviews, and even people who say they work for them commenting and telling people who accuse them of scamming people that they are not a scam and trying to get them to join Carefree Dental. This business needs to be looked into.
