Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
Someone claiming to be from the state attorneys office called and said there is a law suit against me from Cash Advance America. That I supposedly accepted money from them and I didn’t. I said to the alleged state attorney who by the way called from Seattle, Washington "Mike Thomas" @ (206)701-7426 x1022 that I don’t understand what he’s talking about and I asked for a contact name and # from CashAdvance America so I called the number Atty. MikeThomas gave in San Francisco, California (415)343-7703 and was told to ask for Mr. Peter. Atty. Mike Thomas said he’ll call me on May 2,2016 to tell me where to send the money I supposedly owe. I looked up the phone numbers on line and they were listed as SCAMS by other victims.
