Brookonline.shop is a website designed to mimic another shoe brand, Brooks Running Shoes. This website includes products made by the Brooks Brand. It includes Brooks’ Copywritten trademark to impose as the official brand name. This website claims to sell Brooks, but at a discounted price, per their website they "has developed long lasting ties with factories, distributors and warehouses throughout the wholesale community…." The shoes they claim to sell are mostly $25.00 per pair. Shipping is free after $75. No taxes are charged. When I purchased some products, I received a confirmation email with my order number. They included a statement to remind me that the merchant descriptor on my bank statement will appear as "Reliable FB E-commerce." At this point, I realized this was not a legit Brooks site and my debit card was charged. I contacted them twice via email for a full refund and order cancellation. Per their website and my order confirmation email, customer service is available 24×7. I have not yet received a reply.
