Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was on this website checking out the product, I was checking out the cost of some of their kits. I got to the end and decided to leave. So I cancelled everything ( never getting far enough for payment ). Than 3 days later I get an invoice they I have been charged and the item is shipping out.
Firstly, I didn’t agree to purchasing, I actually cancelled everything
secondly, They switched my billing and shipping address.
I have sent in multiple requests for an explanation to the situation or re-imbursement, a week later and 3 emails, still no response back.
