This is a cell phone number, calling to notify you that your automobile warranty has expired, and you can renew for lower price. They will ask you to press a button to speak with agent, and will ask for over-the-phone payment. If you call back, you will get a fake message that says the number is disconnected, but it is really a recording made by the scammer. Do not provide payment information.
