Scammers! I ordered chainsaw sharpeners. Fake tracking, 100 day delivery conveniently past the Visa deadline for charge reversal. Visa is loosing my business over $117.12, as far as I am concerned they are facilitating fraud with their 90 day deadline to dispute. This company makes their site look like it is Canadian. STAY AWAY!
I ordered what looked to be two bras. Upon receiving an email, I realized it was only one bra. I immediately, within 24 hours of ordering the bras, cancelled the order. They told me it had already shipped. Over four months later and over 100 emails, the package arrived. I refused delivery, which I was advised to do. Now 6 weeks later, no refund, they are telling me the Post Office destroyed the package. They are a scamming rip off company. Had I not needed the nras for four months, I would have wzited four months to buy them!
Ordered three fabric potting tubs mid May. Received mid July. I wonder where the ‘launcher’ is. I, maybe, am foolish to order things without checking the company first & will do so in the future. I brought a three layer Universal folding wall mounted bracket purchased on June 30th 2020 I was checking some of the orders that I made and this one hadn’t come yet so I checked on it. Ordered 2 bras in on April 23. I canceled the order on June 28. They arrived on July 8. They show as “XL” but they are more like a 34C not a DD which is what a US XL size is. Getting the runaround about returning them. They may well be a Chinese XL but not so in the west. The same day, I ordered from a different Chinese company and got the runaround from them under the exact same circumstances (their XL not being a US XL). I have read of other women’s issues with the size and delivery times with this company. Shameful way of doing business – selling things that aren’t right and not allowing returns.

Ordered an “Amazing Bubble Ball” for my great grandson as a surprise. It took over 6 weeks to arrive (they took money out on 21st May),. I was able to trace until it arrived in Kazakhan, and then nothing. Finally it arrived – a rubber balloon which had a hole in it. Although I had ordered size 40 cms., it only measures about 6cms. I was asked for proof and sent them a photo next to a tape measure. I was offered 3 dollars (H.K), worth 30p in compensation, or if I returned it at my expense I could have a full refund. The amount taken from my account was £9.99!

Ordered 2 sets of two each bras 5/2/20. Took $55.98 from my account immediately. Said they would notify me when shipped. June 1st or so I emailed them about never receiving word they were shipped. I Purchased four bubble balls. They were not as advertised and the large one came broken. They try to make it seem like you’re getting a wubble ball but it is not that and overpriced for what ended up coming They would not refund or send me a new one. They wanted me to ship the broken ball back to China. In the end I got five dollars back. I paid $72 for nothing.
