This website is a farse, and so is their guarantee, which does not exist! My item was sent to a different US State and did not make it to me on the guaranteed date. They ensure you that if that happens you are entitled to a refund, instead the seller sent another item when I told him that I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED ANOTHER ONE BECAUSE IT WAS NEEDED AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. Now I have two products of the same kind. I requested either a price adjustment to keep the item or a return slip. they pretend that they do not even see your comments and I have had TO REPEAT MY REQUEST AND REASONS 11 TIMES!!
My dispute went on for weeks and Aliexpress has not helped me at all. They are useless in guaranteeing a fair judgement and do not care about retaining their customers. There are a lot of complaints on their facebook page and some customers’ experiences are even worse then mine, with broken/defective products or products that are never received at all. It was my mistake to order from China after all the recalls and bad quality things they sell, but my son really wanted the item I ordered for Christmas and I was trying to make him happy. We need to monitor business with this country more and limit it. The item I received was a counterfeit, and I know so, because after ordering the same kind of item from Amazon, I could see the differences. I hope you can do something to help me with this or to help other customers not get scammed. This site should be taken down. They also have no phone number to contact, and their chat is useless, because the reps do not understand English and actually call you in weird words that are almost disturbing…
