I ordered a product from APlus ID.com. Several days after I was supposed to receive it, I looked at the tracking number that they gave me and it was sent to a completely different state. When I contacted the company by email they told me UPS messed up. They told me that they would send a new package after another week with no follow up I contacted them again. They told me that they were going to ship me another item and also give me a partial refund of $25 for my inconvenience. After a few days I never received another tracking number I emailed to them again asking for a refund. They then sent me a copy of a UPS package label, showing the correct address. Several days when I was supposed to receive it I looked at the tracking number that they gave me and it was sent to a completely different state. After a few days I never received another tracking number, I called UPS and gave them the original tracking number. They stated the shipper was flagged for fraud. I never received my $215 item for my business
