I ordered a wizard mop for 53.97 and they sent me verification of the transaction. They money was charged to my credit card. I have not received the merchandise. I have contacted them via the contact us email they provide on there site 4 times and no one has contacted me. Can you help tell me what to do from here ? Thanks for your time
Ditto. Took my money and I have not received my product and email after email no response. I think this was a SCAM. If anyone has any information about contacting this company by phone please respond to. [email protected] They blamed it on the Corona Virus BS. This company should absolutely be call on the scamming they have done. Thanks
Literally the same except I ordered mine in April 13th I got a few emails and they kept telling me it that it was because of the pandemic but I’m receiving other stuff too from other places all over the world but I started getting irate and ask for my money back haven’t gotten a reply
I have had the same experience. I ordered on April 23, 2020. They promptly took the cash but never shipped my mop. I have received no reply to e-mail and cannot find a working phone number or operational website as of today. So frustrated!

I purchased a Floor Wizard for $39.99 + shipping on 03/04/2020. I have not recieved it. I got an email saying that they recieved my money and the product was being prepared to be shipped. It said that I would recieve another email when it will be shipped. I never got another email from them. I have sent them 3 emails asking about my order but they have not responded to any of them. I get a message back saying that my emails can not be delivered. I tried sending a message through their website but with no answer.
