This company was running ads through various social medias, to advertise a celebration of clients, by offering their water shoes at $0.00, and only offered first class shipping, or greater, at the customer’s expense.
After placing my order on June 19, 2019, I received an email that the order had been placed, and have not received any other confirmation that the order is on its way from the company. I received no other email correspondence requesting a status update on my order. It is July 2nd, I place my order on June 19, 2019.
The companies Refund Policy states that after 30 days, if a refund has not been requested or the item has not been received back in their facility, wherever that might actually be, then no refund will be given.
