Letter said, important vehicle protection information. They "jacked" me around, switching me to 3 different people!!! Wanted to charge me $3493.00 for first 15 months!!! My car is new and covered totally by insurance. Then they tried to call back, I didn’t answer. .. Left message… and now message is gone!!!
