I purchased a laptop through them in July and ever since then it has had multiple issues. They said multiple times over the phone that they could fix it & the first time they tried they didn’t charge me anything but gave me a virus so that I had to call back, then they claimed they didn’t give me a virus and that for them to fix anything it’s be either &99 or $199 for a one year warranty. They ended up charging me $200 for a one-year warranty and it still isn’t fixed. Every time I try to call them no one picks up but when they call me it’s during the times that we have not scheduled for them to call me so they don’t work & I can’t answer and nothing is getting fixed.
