It calls itself Alphabet Technology then when when you call the telephone number 1-800-935-9935, they then become AG Solutions, take your bank info for a service of freeing your computer and protect it from further hacking & damage to personal banking etc., etc. BEWARE!!!! It’s a scam, I found out through the BBS. I hope this helps others. Today banks are closed here in U.S. so I won’t be able to contest until tomorrow.
