got a phone call from mass. phone # above he gave me a number for n.y. (315 636 0531) and a number to be given to a store ( walmart etc. called that # talked to a stanley walker who told me to call tomorrow at noon from one of the listed stores and he would get me the grant money but i had to pay 200$ and the store would give me the cash
