I ordered a gift for my mom for Christmas on December 13th and they said they would pull the money out when the order was confirmed. They pulled 34.94 out of my account and said it would be 10-15 days. I was also supposed to get a tracking number but it said it was unavailable. I emailed several times asking about the tracking and to get some info but there was only an email to contact them. I got frustrated and sent an email saying if they don’t contact me then i would like to cancel my order but still nothing. I still have not received the package. It’s a scam.
