I fell for the clickbait on Facebook and ordered a dress the end of January. As of February 8th, it had not shipped, and so I emailed the service department requesting a refund, as I had paid for fast shipping and now it would not arrive until after the event. I sent them my order number, and then began the trail of emails over the next month. They asked if I would accept a partial refund, I declined. Another request for partial refund, which I again declined. Then they stopped corresponding with me. The last response from them was 2/15. I sent multiple emails after that with no response. It is 4/14 now, and no dress or refund. The order does not even show up for me to track anymore. It has just disappeared. I am out the 40+ for the dress, plus the extra 15 for expedited shipping. Their Facebook page does not allow you to read the comments, and is mostly filled with angry emojis for every post. Don’t order from these guys. Scam.

WhoseChic has claimed to sell a product and has not delivered. They also refuse to return my money even after having asked for it numerous times. They have horrible “customer service”, and “companies” like this should receive the maximum penalties the law provides. This is theft in its basic form.
