Craigslist Boise ad for rental property in Island Park, ID. Several ads with different pictures for properties listed on VRBO. They are requesting payment prior to a rental agreement. 2 emails requesting payment prior or agreement and with 2 different amounts. The first statement requests payment for additional charges due to “PayPal charges me”.
