He took money over the last few months to years from lots of small businesses without performing the services paid for. I personally paid $3,000 and many other businesses paid the same. We have a group of around 40-50 of us who have all had similar experiences. He took money and then intentionally shut down his business without performing said services. It seems he knew he was not delivering services and could not deliver services but continued to take money from clients, with knowledge he would be shutting down and not refunding. He intends to file bankruptcy to avoid liability.
