I ordered a dish rack and I never received it. Order # 2970
I ordered a stainless steel kitchen drain rack order# 2970 and haven’t received it after months of trying to contact the company
It is not fair that we order something from websites and we get scammed with our money. I ordered back in November 2019 and money was deducted from my account. I haven’t heard from them since. I have sent them various emails in regards to this and they have no taken the courtesy to even acknowledge any of my messages. I want to let other people about Tango Tropango so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
I ordered one dish rack on November 23rd 2019. After no product was received, I checked my bank statement I’d been charged for 2! That’s when I got alarmed! I have sent out 4 emails including today ! As of today March 1st 2019 I have received no dish racks! I also had to cancel my credit card. So beware! I’m glad I found this site to make a report.
This is what happened to me also but I was only charged for 1 rack
My mom ordered a robe for Christmas and paid 11.99 and never received anything smh it’s so sad that people have to prey on other people over the internet and scam them. They got so many people! All these peoples information they have ! Who knows what they are doing with that it’s just crazy !

I ordered a dish rack on December 5 2019
I never received the product. I paid the shipping price of 11.99 I see I might be a victim of fraud I want my product or refund my money
I also purchased those loose sweater to wear on the couch and I was charged really fast but as you all know, I never received anything and I had a chance to e-mail them before they closed the site down but without a reply that’s for sure. It’s only 11$ US but dam I earned this money and they just stole it without any concern. Internet now is filled with disgusting people.
On December 3rd, 2019, I ordered a German designed dish rack which was “FREE” and all I had to pay was shipping which was $11.02 and it was deducted from my immediately. Tracking said it was processed on the 5th, shipped on the 8th but it might be detained due to inclement weather. I checked on it a few times but then one day their website couldn’t be found. I forgot about it until yesterday when I went through my emails. When I tracked it, it said it had been delivered to my P. O. Box on December 10th. Our post office is very small and we know the post master who is superb at her job. No pkg was ever delivered. Ugh! I feel violated! I hope those scammers rot in hell.

Ordered a kitchen rack on December 5th and received and email saying my order was processing. Money was taken out of my account and gave never received my order. I email d them and have never heard back.
This is a total bummer. How they r scammin people. I ordered something 48 days ago kinda forgot about it til i went through my emails. This waitin an waitin for something i paid for and will not reicieve. Wow. I just tried to go to the web site an now all if a sudden it doesnt work. By the grace of god.. Everyone will get their justice. The scammers wull get what they deserve. Peple have families nobody has time nor money to b getting scammed out of their hard earned cash.
I ordered a product from Tango Tropago. I received an email confirmation of my order and they deducted my bank account. I’ve never received or heard anything from them since. Their website said it could take a little while o process my order, so I kinda forgot about it. Now I’m going back to check on my order and their website is defunct! I emailed them and no response! Googled them and found a couple things that said SCAM! Ugh!
