The only illusion is how fast my money disappeared. They are so tiny, not as advertised. Company is called Rono. I waited for almost four weeks.

The “rug” arrived. What crap! Cheap, poorly made and not at all looking as advertised. Says no hassle return! A blatant lie. Business is in India, no refund until product is delivered back to them, and when the item was attempted to be delivered, it was refused. Clever. No rug, no refund. $67 in postage, plus the $90 for the rug! $157 down the drain. Impossible to deal with. A clever and successful SCAM! Beware!
What a scam.This rug looks nothing like the picture advertised.
The rug is very poor quality and as far as being magical, my hard earned dollars vanishing is the only thing magical about this piece of crap.
The only Vortex I know of, was my money being sucked out of my wallet.

Ordered six weeks ago, they provided a tracking number, but that showed that the rug was never picked up. I demanded cancellation. They responded, no problem, it really has shipped, sorry for the delay. I have worked with tracking numbers for years. What really happened was that the tracking info was issued, and rug sat for a month, even after I requested cancellation they ignored.
well—this thing finally showed up TOTAL SCAM. There is zero “vortex illusion”.

we ordered the vortex rug about 6 weeks ago. Received this week it is nothing like the picture. It is very poorly made. Immediately sent an email to get a RA. This company is nothing but a scam. Trying to get an answer is impossible

Company is also called Olive Trends. Never received product. They sent an email saying item is on the way but never received the item at all. Waited 3 weeks and nothing. After looking up Olive trends on line, others have had the same complaint. I sent the company an email but I never received an answer.
