I placed in order for a structural building on the company’s website. This turned out to be false. After placing my order and getting an install date, the business did not keep the original due date. My invoice states install would be completed within 2-8 weeks. After the company failed to keep install date and all communications failed. I disputed my charges with my credit card company. Only to have Joe Russo dispute reversal by stating contract states install will be 2-16 weeks. I was informed by CC company I have to wait for new install date. I waited still no refund or product this company is a scam. They steal your money.
