They have called me non-stop about a magazine service I had with them for the last 2 months. I kept telling them I didn’t want their service, or renewal. They said I had to talk to a supervisor who’s name was Darren, and do a recording to get off of their call list and stop the renewal. He had me go through this recorded conversation, promising me that it was not to sign up for any new service. I had to do this to get a confirmation number, that was the only way to stop the calls and make sure nothing was renewed. I did the call, and got the confirmation number, the same day they charged my account $39.90. I’ve tried contacting them since the day after the call, and no one ever answers and the call drops after about 10 minutes on hold. It’s like they have my number on a do not answer list or it goes straight to a dummy line. I refuse to pay these liars and cheaters. I need help and assistance with this as much as possible. I know they are going to make the recording sound like I "agreed" to this deal, but I DID NOT want any part of their service.
