Paid $850, Western Union, to William Howard. He called with details of shipping and they wanted $1160 to ship the kitten, refundable when kitten arrived. Told him and shipping company, couldn’t afford it. Refundable or not. He said he’d pay it. Then texted that he was $400 short. I smell a rat. Name of shipping company is US Pet Transport.
