Received a call regarding an "allegedly" loan I received in 2009 from Fast Cash for $585.29. They threatened to take me to small claims court unless I make an agreement to pay with signature, or pay today. I told this person I don’t ever recall doing business with this company and asked her to send me some documentation. I also mentioned to her, who gets a loan that is not an even amount. Well, she did send me a letter via email, but the company and telephone number is bogus. She went on to tell me that she contacted a prior employer and contacted my current bank. I think that this company received my personal information from an account of mine that was hacked. They are not legit… I am putting their name and telephone number on the FBI Scam list…suggest you do the same if you receive a call.
