I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise on 09/13/2018. I ordered 8 shirts and received 4 on 09/25/2018. Not a long wait right? Wrong.
I received 4 shirts, 3 were correct and the other was a random one i never chose. I emailed “Alex” from customer service on 09/25 to ask
him what happened to my order. (I got their service email from the website.) He returned my email the same day and assured I had a second package coming. I returned the email asking what the tracking number is and an eta on the rest of
my items. I did not get a response.
On Monday 10/01 I emailed him again asking for a tracking number today or my refund immediately. Obviously no response.
I did research the reviews and outcomes other customers have had before I purchased anything, I would say only about %25of what I found was negative so I decided to take a chance. They did have comments about delivery issues but not many, so that’s also why I decided to take a chance.
Im taking this into my own hands and have actually decided to take a trip to the headquarters since it’s not to far from me and retrieve my items and also dispute my credit card transaction with my bank …
All in all, I just want to cut ties with this company and either get my money or my merchandise. I don’t want “Alex” to keep scamming people.

I ordered my products on 12/19/16, it is now 01/16/17 and I have yet to receive my items. I’ve emailed, Facebook messaged them, and texted them. I have yet to receive a response, however my credit card was charged the same day I placed my order. When I track my order through their site it still says processing. The items I purchased came up to be over $100.00. I’m extremely dissatisfied and feel like I’ve been robbed!
