I received an emailed customer survey from JC Penney. As a "gift" for completing the survey, i was to choose from a list of items. I chose skin cream. My VISA was charged $4.95 for shipping & handling. I received the product. A month later i was charged $89.79 for the product, MY GIFT! I called VISA to dispute the charge. I called JC Penney to submit a complaint.
