Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I ordered a “free” chain from them and only had to pay shipping of $20. That was a month ago. They sent an email when they supposedly shipped it out a couple weeks ago that was supposed to include a UPs tracking number which was not there. I still have yet to receive the chain and their customer service has only said “continue to wait” when I have emailed. I tried to write a review of 1 star and every time I submitted it it would not go through. The majority of reviews on there are titled “not a scam” which leads me to believe that it is a scam even more since they do not allow reviews on their products.
