I ordered a set a sports bras from Surrealunicorn. After waiting 2 months for it, with a tracking number for a package that "could not be found", I emailed them to see what was going on. I was getting the run around for about 2 weeks and when I finally asked for a refund, they shipped out the item. I asked for a refund June 5th and they mailed it June 8th. They then told me they couldn’t refund an order that was processed. So now we are 3 months in and I finally get my package. Well the size is completely wrong and one of the colors isnt what I ordered. I emailed them and they asked for pictures. I took every picture they required and sent it to them. Also, I sent pictures of measurements of the bras. I said I wanted to return the bras. I also sent them a picture of their return policy and I was within their guidelines. I got a response saying the size we sent you is correct. Obviously not. So I told them I was reporting them to the ScamPulse.com and they respond we will have our management contact you. Obviously no one ever did. Also, I had asked to speak with someone by phone, but shocker no one ever gave me a phone number or address.

I ordered two dog nail trimmers from what I thought was directly from the Clipper distributor…it ended up being from SurrealUnicorn! After getting a tracking number that would not work and about 5 weeks I asked them to look into where my Clippers were. They led me on for a couple more weeks. After I threatened to turn them into ScamPulse.com and the Justice Dept. I received ONE pair of clippers and they didn’t work! I then asked for a return label and a refund for both pair. Since then they have been arguing with me about why I haven’t received the other pair as if its my fault, and why I want to return the pair I did get….THEY DONT WORK! Finally they said they are unable to assist me further. They do not have a phone number to call, nor an address (should have had a clue right there) Finally, I looked up the return address on the package I received the pair of clippers I did get and its a well known fraudulent company TOM PAN Modern Boutique INC. Ill never see my money nor a return slip…not that its a lot of money, its just the principle.

I made a purchase on 4/11/2019 for bras I saw on instagram. I have written them 12 times. I have not received my order. The tracking number they gave is false.
