Hi,
I ordered through this website on November 26th, 2019, but didn’t get any updates on shipping. I started sending emails to ask about it and only had one reply telling me their logistics update wasn’t working and sent me a fake tracking number that wouldn’t work on their website. When I would search my order number on their website it would say that my order was still being processed. After that reply and sent two more emails that haven’t been responded yet. I call them and the person who answered told me he would get calls about this website and try to make a claim about this because it was a scam and they were using his number. I’ll send the picture of their reply.

The business SmellAll has a phone number on their business website as 631-493-7766. People are calling this number and I am getting the phone calls to my personal cell phone. These people have ordered items from this business already and have been waiting for months. This has to be a scam because every time they call the business number I get the call.
