Purchased 3 bras from this online company on 4/17/2020. Received emails to indicate order was received and processing. Also received email indicating order was shipped out 4/28/2020 with tracking number. Just received order on 6/6/2020 via USPS. Bras are not the size that is indicated on the company website’s size chart. Bras I ordered are sized XL and bras are labeled XL but upon seeing and trying on the bras it is clearly made to not fit anyone but a child. As per website, to get a refund, you have to take pictures and explain why you want to return them. I sent an email with pictures attached to the email indicated on website but it bounces back. Email is said to not exist. As per their facebook page, many people in the comments have had issues with not being able to contact them at all for refunds. They are sending actual products that take forever to arrive and then the product is not what was described at all.
