I also placed an order through Buyreal for a Hoover steam cleaner on April 16,2020. I assumed it was an Amazon merchant. I paid for my item through PayPal. I just found all these complaints against this company. The email address is [email protected] My purchase total was over $129.
I have purchased an item for the total of $62.08 and it said my purchase was sent to Sup Fashion and I never got any confirmation,receipt,or update. It has currently been 5 days since and haven’t heard from them since, I would like a refund.
We ordered two cases of paper towels thru Amazon on April 5th 2020. The order got placed with Buyreal which is an Amazon merhant.The Paypal payment for $42.43 was made to ” [email protected] The transaction ID is 9P197917SD339434V. We have not received the mercahandise. The seller did not respond to our email sent to [email protected] and the telephone (626-271-1921) does not seem to be a working number.
Ordered items through my account but as guest thru PayPal totalling $88.03 from love in home.com site as of date item have not been shipped,or tracking email.item was purchased 4/8/2020.email was sent to me with no indication as to when the items would be delivered.
I also lost money on this site. Why doesn’t pay pal take this sight off and red flag it? I hope no one else gets taken by these con men.

Ordered item not through my account but as a guest through paypal. It was a 100% Lambswool wool Women Solid Oversized Large Pashmina Scarf Stole Shawl – Silver Gray / One totaling $51.28 USD from the Sup Fashion site. Item has not been shipped, there is no tracking email, and has not been received. Item was purchased on 4/12/2020. An email was sent to me, but I would argue that the tactics used would include no follow up email indicating when shipment would be sent or an estimated arrival date to my email, only a confirmation that the money was paid to them. I’m almost positive this person/seller/site is a scam and discovered from others online that it is a scam and their items were never received either from sites like stylefasionforever.com and dogitems.com. I will never get this item and I want to report them so that you can force them to take down their site and paypal account! Looking closer at the site, I realized that the tel # is a +86 (which is a number from China), their mailing address is California, and they have two emails: one to Daniel Lu at BUY REAL (already listed above) and the other to [email protected]
