Type of a scam Tech Support
Claimed to be an emergency call from Microsoft. Because of problems detected Windows would be shut down. Also my Windows program has expired. A pop-up came up on my computer as well telling me my computer would be shut down unless I have them fix the problem. The pop-up could not be removed from my computer. I had to turn the computer off at the switch button.
