Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
I was contacted through e-mail through kickstarter to get a quote for online marketing of my kick starter project.
When I got to the pngage link I entered my basic info and answered project questions. Towards the end it quoted me a large price of a few hundred dollars. I declined and entered text that said something like "that’s too expensive".
I was later emailed an invoice with a bill of $319.20. As far as I know they did absolutely no service for me. I do know for sure, 100% I did not agree to any fee at all, never.
I believe this person does this to many people and then tries to trick them into paying. If he tried to do this to me, he must be trying to do this to other people.
He claims in an email that this is his name, may not be true.
