Website claiming free trial of CBD oil.
I pd $6.97. Today a charged of $89.92 showed up in my bank acct. I called this number – foreign company with rep that spoke very broken English. I was given run around and only wanted to refund $40.
Requested full name of company and other relevant info, stating needed information to turn over to BBB. I was put on hold and then rep stated would issue full refund. Requested again full company name and she refused to give me this info stating they were a 3rd party processing center – but continued to refuse to give me name of company or her name. Product came in envelope with oriental address. Took this “free sample” to a friend that works Ian at NCTR – product in bottle was olive oil.
