They called my daughter. She answered because it’s her business phone. They stated I needed to call with case ID. I called. They would not give their full name. Was placed on Hold twice, was told that call would be transferred to Manager. At this point, I alerted them that, I had alerted police due to nature of this suspicious call. At this time, they did not ask for any money. I was put me on Hold for a long time so, I hung up. I immediately searched the Internet and found many similar scams. No call back to me, as of yet. Media needs to alert more, make people more aware about these scams.
