Person got my contact information from a national app to find handyman. Person asked to stop by home to view work I wanted a quote on. Then person made only partial fixes I needed and tried to bill me, never having given me a quote nor getting my authorization for billable work. Only when I pushed back having saved all the text messages did person stop pressing to the undisclosed, unapproved fee.
