I was looking for a specific Carbon Monoxide detector and this company came back to be $20 cheaper than the next business. Not available in stores near me. Placed and order on August 17, didn’t receive a shipping notice for a while, I inquired, received a response from Greg saying, "Sorry this is taking longer than I’d like, but between lead times and the backlog I can’t put 1 customer ahead of another. Thank you for understanding and your patience."
Cool, I can wait for a busy small business.
October 3rd I ask again and Greg responds again, "This is Greg, Thank you for contacting RocketIAQ.com, my sincerest apologies for this, I understand your frustration. I am still working with fulfillment to push your order through, along with hundreds of other orders. It’s not easy that it all needs to be processed manually and we are allocating all of our customer support to get this process done sooner rather than later.
My apologies once more for this."
I waited 10 more days and then asked to cancel, received an order cancellation notice.
Their phone number at any hour of the day says all of their representatives are on the phone.
I don’t believe this to be an actual business and I’d like it pulled from search engines before more people lose money.
