Type of a scam Online Purchase
Ordered Risk Free Trial product from Perlelux for face cream and when the product came there was no return address or information about return product. I have paid. $5.99 +$5.95 +$2.99 which was the initial payment for the products. As a Risk Free Advertised Product, I didn’t not admit read the fine print which is very unclear and misleading to say the least. I have tried to reason with this company and as of today found the address and returning their products which burn my skin and left it blotchy and stopped using it immediately. When I noticed that they charged my card again for $9.41, I went online to EZcancel the product. Now I am received several email now which have become harassing and threatened by company, I was advised by my bank to cancel my credit card so that they cannot continue to charge me card. They however, continue to email and harassment.
I am now receiving emails from the Customer Satisfaction Specialist Eva and threatening emails. I have tried to explain but they are not listening and continue to threaten me. I have researched this company now and it is a SCAM and lots of complains.
Just wondering what I can do to stop this . I have saved all emails concerning this product and the threatening and intimidation tactics they are using to get more money out of me.
