My friend received a letter from a Rebecca Meyer in Toronto 416-922-4509 requesting to buy her property if she will sell. The letter gives a phone number 416-922-4509 which is registered to a Tom, Melanie and Marieke Meyer – not a Rebecca Meyer, according to a Google search.
