I ordered a furnace filter from this so-called company on September 19, 2017. They charged my credit card and said my order will be shipped shortly. No filter. I emailed them and was told they will expedite my order. That was the last time they responded to my emails. It’s now November 21 and no filter!! You can’t call them and it’s a hit or miss with a real response, not automated (Greg is the guy that responded the first time). My credit card did give me a credit for the purchase and they are going to look into this – hoping they flag this company so others don’t get scammed too.

I ordered a dust buster 1 month ago and they were paid approx. $25. I still have not received the item. I sent over 6 emails and no response. I called their number and I get a recording stating "all their reps are busy with customers", but you can’t leave a message. I’ve been trying for days on end. I tried to chat with them at the website, but that appears to be bogus as well.

Searched online for a product, located a product reasonably priced (30 dollars less than local store). Purchaseed product online, received email confirmation with 3 day shipping guarantee, funds withdrawn from bank account. Never received shipping confirmation email as promised, on 3rd business day sent email. Received no response. Every time customer care line is contacted a pre-recorded message will answer advising all customer service representatives are busy and to call back. 5th business day after initial purchase, no product, no response, no return contact. Still receiving pre-recorded message advising all customer service representatives are busy and to call back.
