Made purchase back in 12/2018, and not able to contact company to return ithems w/i the 30 days especifications for return. I want to get a full refund due to bad quality of merchandise, too big, too small of clothing items, cheap fabric, not what its shown online. Webside states has to create a Ticket ID and they will reply w/i 24 hours with return guidelines info. Keep getting e-mails with ticket numbers but no calls with info for return address n on how to send package back to them (postal label). No information, nor updates under my acct login. Support Center screen states that no package will be honor without a Ticket ID. Sent several messages to Support Center and they just keep generating and emailing me Ticket ID numbers. The 888 number: just say "good bye" and hangs up. The 202 number don’t take calls for returns, nor transfer options, or to leave a voice message to anyone that could help. Support Cter states that RMA process starts when package received on their end w/i 7 days and they change the status to completed on acct. Understood about the holidays delays, but i was not able to get info as early as 12/12/18 when i tried to contact them because i was not able to track my package. Then received 2 packages but nobody assisted me with the website issues (wouldn’t take my Order number to track packege) stating no order available. Tried over my cell, computers no reply. This is my first time buying clothing online, and i am disgusted not just for the bad quality of items, but because of the worse customer service i had ever experience on-my-li-fe. Hope you can help me to get my money refunded, thats all i ask for. Thank you for all the help i could get.

Facebook is allowing a company to advertise after being informed that the company is a scam. I have bought product and they keep tell me I need to pay after the money has already been deducted from my account. Through both phone and email correspondence and sending them proof that I paid they still will not release the product. The companies name is Rose gal. There website is Rosegal.com. My ticket number is T17041500588. I have 2 issues one with Facebook and not able to get in touch with them about this company. I have tried different avenues with no success. Also with Rosegal.com that they are a scam cloth company that takes your money and dose not send you what you ordered.

I ordered clothing & other items from a company Rose gal which is a China company with affillate websites as well. The clothing depected is nothing at all what you receive. It took 2 months to get my order, a few items at a time – although the price was low, the picture advertisement of items should be a felony!! On top of that, the measurement chart is way off – clothing sizes way smaller that chart . Then to add injury to insult, you have to pay more to ship products back for a refund — more than the price paid for the items. I emailed back & forth for over a month before I finally got return address then at the post office, i found that the costs to return would exceed price paid. I am sure i am not the first to have a complaint about this company, they need to be stopped. The quality of items is very poor as well but there are many affiliated company’s out there – another one I believe is Sammy Dress? Unbelievable low prices but CONSUMER BE WARE!!!

This is not a true company. You place orders with them , they take your money and that is it. They do not answer emails sent, it is a meaningless automatic response. They will not return money if an order is cancelled and there is no way to get in contact with them by phone. I ordered items on their website and decided to cancel. They said they will keep my money. I advised I did not want this, I wanted my refund. They did not answer. I emailed again and they said they are going to keep my money. The one time I got thru to a person over the phone, they took my order number and hung up. I tried calling again and they said this "Magic Jack" customer is unable to answer the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
