I ordered a rc controlled skip loader that was supposed to be able to dig and lift rocks etc. what they shipped was a little plastic bull dozer. Not what I was supposed to get. They told me I could return it but the cost to return it to Columbia was almost as much as I paid for it. They told me I could keep it and they would give me a gift card in the amount of $35 to spend in their store. Never received the gift card even after several attempts by email. Just as well as I wouldn’t want anymore of their cheap junk anyway. If you’re smart you’ll steer clear of this scam site. Wish I had seen these complaints before I threw my money away.

The glowing stones they sell do not glow as advertised in the picture and returning to Colombia is on my cost which is more than the purchase price, hence a non sense option.

I want to cancel my item before my 24 hrs is up does anyone know how to do this I ordered something just didn’t feel right they weren’t commenting me back so I deceided to look at reviews couldn’t find them on their website so I went digging and I finally found these 31 comments wish I could have found out before I order anything I want to cancel my order

Bought a wood repair product from them. After 3 weeks I hadn’t received the product and emailed them to cancel. They said it would arrive in the next few days. They said it was too late to cancel but a return could be started when the product arrived. 5 weeks later I still hadn’t received it! Tried to cancel again. They wouldn’t but finally the tracking info said the package was on route. I got it soon after and the product was in terrible condition. I attempted to start a refund. I sent pictures of the wrecked package. But in the end returning it meant I would have to spend money to ship the product to Columbia! I told them I wasn’t spending money to ship this wrecked product back. They said this was their required protocol for a refund. They also said shipments can’t be canceled 3 weeks or 2 months after purchase. Purchases can only be canceled 24 hours after purchase! So once you make a purchase you have no recourse to stop the purchase no matter how terrible the experience or product is. Even if they are in any way a legit company, this company does not care about its customers.

I bought a pair of dog shoes from them. I measured my dogs paws exactly as they said and they are 2sizes to small and they said return them but it is to expensive to ship back they want to give me 9 dollars to spend on there website but I don’t want that I want my 23.91 back. I will never buy anything from them again.

08/04/20 It is definitely a fraud company, they are selling. I received my packet “fix it” after a month, I got a very old broken package, obliviously this Vurane is buying old staff and re sell them as new. They told me if I want my money back I need to send the item to the manufacture company in Colombia, but because they know how expensive the international shipment they can can give a $7.00 dollars back. Im going to dispute this with my credit card company.

I have not received one order that I was charged for over a month ago and supposedly shipped. Nowhere to be found. I am attempting to return a defective item and have had no response after their initial contact about 3 weeks ago. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone, on hold and have sent 2 more emails.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered an item 3 months ago and still haven’t received it. Every time I inquire. I’m told it shipped out that day. The product comes from overseas (or I shoukdcsau doesn’t come). They refuse to give me a refund and I really have no recourse ad the money was paid through my bank months ago. This is a SCAM!

This place is a fraud. Still haven’t received my order after months. Claims the pandemic is to blame. Also ordered a pin pointer. They show pics of a Garrett AT pin pointer (along with some other non Garrett pics) which is also fraudulent. It’s the cheap knock off but I realized that since authentic ones are 6 times as much. BEWARE!

I’ve been waiting 2.5 months for a tiny toolkit now. Tried to cancel it the day after I ordered it because I decided just to pick one up locally, I couldn’t wait for it to ship from China, they said it had already shipped and they were unable to cancel it(even today 2.5 months later my tracking number says it’s in preshipment still). I consider that 30$ lost.

Ordered a product for 29.95 in March. After several emails about delivery they emailed nasty response blamed pandemic and coming from over seas. 4 months later I get a dollar tree item from Kentucky.

Same here. I ordered the Garrett pinpoint metal detector
In March 2020. I emailed several times as to the where-about’s and also got nasty emails back. Accusing me of turning them in when they are working hard during the pandemic. Blaming everyone but themselves. Told me to learn how to use computer to see tracking number cause they could so why not me. Finally yesterday 4 months later a cheap dollar tree pinpointed showed up. Sent from Kentucky. Not over-seas like they told me at first. They are scammers.

Ordered a pinpointer (Garrett AT) over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I know it isn’t a genuine Garrett according to others who have ordered it even though the one pictured on their site shows a genuine one. They have sinced changed the pic to a knockoff but not before I purchased it. All the tracking shows is that USPS is awaiting item. I won’t buy anymore from these clowns and I will file a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Protection. They need to be put out of business

Company sold me a product,which on their website showed pictures and images and full item description for a garret a/t pinpointer,when I finally received products they were cheap knockoffs and not the garret brand,sent them a email and they offered me 17% discount on my next purchase and told me they changed the misleading ad on their site,I have pictures of their site that I ordered from my original purchase .in those pictures they show the garret brand and all of garret’s pictures and item description,I am gonna contact BBB,
My local district attorney’s office fraud dept.and my credit card company fraud dept.after the 4th of July holiday

They got me for almost 60.00 and they sold me an item,garret a/t pinpointer and sent me cheap knockoffs and Items were missing parts,I’m contacting BBB,my credit card company,and possibly my local district attorney’s office, on Monday after 4th July about this company I would hope everyone else take the time and do the same!

Order a HDMI cable $23.90 on Jun.11th, and finally received a defected cable( never work) 3 weeks later, the return address gave by Vurane doesn’t even accept by USPS. File several complains but no response. This ugly company shouldn’t exist.

I purchased Fix It Wood Scratch Repair Spray × 1 for 25.00 and received a tracking number just like everyone else on this board. My item was purchased on 5/25 and today is 6/28 and I have not received anything. I keep getting a email reply from Jenny R from customer service that the product is in route, but it never arrives and can’t be tracked. They are definitely scammers.

I ordered my glow rocks 6/16/20 and got a tracking number right away. However I’ve checked it a few times. I’ve called sent emails and nothing just keep getting coupons for there website. Finally realized they were a scam and looked at there Facebook and Instagram page. They need to be shut down asap

I ordered my Glow Rocks from Vurane.com via website May 13, 2020. It’s now nearing the end of June 2020. I have been calling the company ( No One Never Answer the ph. You are on hold for 15 to 30 mins or more I have called several times no answer. So I went to their website to lookup my order to no answer, so I emailed them with my order # 8 to 10 times they give me the same answer with a ticket # they say due to cov19 orders have been delayed. As of yet I have Not Received My Order .I see now I’m Not the Only one that have Not Received their order, other people have this same experience. I see this Website is a Scam Please Do Not Order from this company they cost me $51.73 for the Glow Rocks pebbles I ordered but Did NOT receive after several attempts to contact Vurane WITH NO ANSWERS AND NO PRODUCT! I ordered my product Glow Rocks from company Vurane online. After a few weeks went by I emailed the company asking about my product when should I receive them. I ordered my Rocks May 13, 2020. They sented me 10 different emails about my request of delivery. I gave my order # and date when I ordered my Rocks, I tried several times to call the keep u on hold for a long time until u decide to hang up and try later. They email on about the reason your order is being delayed. I think it is a computer generated answer. June is now ending and I Still do not have my product that I paid for. Even after several complaints to the company. However I see by the reviews I am not the only one with this experience. Several other people has the same issue with this company. (No Product) this company Vurane is a online order Scam)

Ordered a blade for weed trimmer on April 24. They send a link to track that wants you to load 17 apps to your phone, then if you finally get any results, tell you that the order is in U.S…weeks ago. I could have walked across the country by now. They try to make you think product coming from Australia, but it is shipped from China. When you contact them, you get long rambling letter about how sorry they are from “Jenny R.” And still no product. So disappointed and angry! Is there anything to be done. I just cancelled order, but doubt seriously if I will see any refund. Will notify bank in morning.

I ordered from Vurane on 4/17/20 a no touch thermometer $72.95 it’s now 6/16/20 and still no package. I contacted them and they sent me a message that said it was some kind of problem with the shipping and I could expect my package in 6 to 9 days if I didn’t get it contact them again. I tried to contact them and this time no answer.

They need to be Reported to the BBB WE ALL SHOULD DO THIS!

Non touch thermometer does not work. Too expensive to return. Company only offers $20 credit in their store. I want my $45 back. I don’t believe this product was ever built to work. Feels like a big scam on a product related to covid 19. SCAM!

I see I am not the only one that fell victim – they take your order, take your money, create a USPS label and that is the end of it- they never ship your product, can’t get ahold of anyone there- Something needs to be done to put them out of business- they have a facebook page, they have a website- too many people falling victim- could kick myself for not investigating further before purchasing- lesson learned but vowed to do everything I could to prevent others from losing money

Terrible. I had the same experience as everyone else. Placed an order and now I am 6 weeks in without receiving it. The tracking information says the same as everyone else “label created” there’s no additional information. Then upon contacting them they sent they nastiest email in reply. The email said “there is no need to imply fraud! We sent you the information for tracking. Since you won’t read it , here it is again”. that was the response when I said “hey, it’s been awhile and the tracking information isn’t available. Can you please check if you’re able to see an issue on your end, Thank you! ”.
I never said fraud but I guess that’s something this company hears very often.

This company is fake. I ordered something from them. After a few days, they told me it had shipped and even supplied a tracking number. Every time I clicked on the tracking number, it said, “Label created, not yet in system.” After another week, I tried contacting them but kept getting auto-replies. I finally filed a dispute with my bank and got my money back.

I ordered a product on May 18, 2020. For the past week, I’ve had a tracking number that continues to say, “Label created but package hasn’t been shipped.” I think I’ve been scammed.
