I received a phone call from 1-800-430-9864. He claimed to be with our security system, Web Root. He wanted to access my computer virtually and was asking for a lot of my personal information. I didn’t feel comfortable so I hung up and called Web Root directly. They said their company would never ask those kinds of questions and that he was not with Web Root.
