We purchase supposedly 2 dogs from William Dachshunds for 1400.00 including shipping. We got very professional looking web sites, emails & text messages regarding the purchase. After we paid for puppies we got emails & calls stating they had to upgrade the crate, due to the weather & type of “puppies” being transported. We had 3 to choose from & picked a 1500. thermal crate. We were told it would be reimbursed 100% once the dogs were delivered. The last & biggest RED FLAG was when we got another call saying the puppies were in Atlanta, GA from Texas & needed insurance, another 2000.
We were given a tracking number & a website for: christian pet shipping. It was very well done w/times, destinations & even said: puppies in GA & pending insurance payment before they could continue w/flight to FL.

I was on the search for a Dachshund, I came across Williams Dachshund. I did all sorts of research and I did not see them on any scam websites, I know how evil some people can be. I even asked my Aunt how she got her Dachshund and it sounded just the same. You buy the dog and they send them to you by plane. I talked to my girlfriend and we went ahead and spent $700 for there little dachshund names Frank. Then this is where it got weird. They use a banking app called Zelle I wasn’t able to send all of the cash because the app has a limit of 500 so we cashapped the rest. The named used to send the money on Zelle Arielle Nopoko. Her email she gave us was [email protected] However when my girlfriend sent the rest of the money it was a different user. Thought it was a little weird I asked someone I knew if it was common and they said it can be. So we went ahead with it. The people at Williams Dachshund said they sent the dog with the shippers and to expect a phone call and an email. I was like cool no problem. Before punching the dog they said they would take care of the shipping and give us the following the kennel, his toys and his paper work.

This is were all the red flags popped up. I soon get a phone call from these people and they were like did you get our email. I said no. But I continued to talk to them. I soon got there email and they said that I needed to rent a kennel. I thought that was weird but I checked it out. The 3 kennels they said I had an option for were priced at 2,000 1500 or 1000. In my head I was like absolutely not. That when I googled the skippers and sure enough I found them here letting me know it was a scam. I was hurt because I was so excited to get a dog. Then to find out there was never any dog to begin with. However I kept on with the conversation thru txt knowing it was a scam. Due to a storm it was really hard to hear them on the phone, I told them I didn’t have that kind of money. I also said why would I spend that much to get it back. It didn’t make sense. I kept questioning them. They eventually texted me saying sorry I couldn’t hear you. I respond well that’s because i’m texting you, They told me to contact the people because they no longer could do this shipping. I was asked them if they had the dog and they were like yea and I said it was there problem. They didn’t like that very much and the conversation ended. I was able to talk to my bank and they helped me get my 500 back thru Zelle and my girlfriend got her 200 back from cash app.

Turns put there was never any dog. Due to the fact William Dachshund uses a 3rd party to ship They never popped up on any scam Websites. I only communicated with them thru email.

Im still looking for a dachshund the search has not stopped however now I know somethings to look out for. Stay safe out there people there are some really evil people out there trying to rob us. So if you are on the hunt for a new furry companion asks these question? Make sure if they ship thru a different company google them. Also make sure to look up the site you are looking at they might still come up. Just check all the facts.

My mom was trying to be helpful and sent me destinyminidachshund.com and almost the same situation. This time asked the questions first and they never responded back. Be safe out there.
