Ordered in April. Emailed several times after weeks of waiting and received nothing. Every email response was the same “it has been shipped”. My request for a refund after two months with no product was answered with “they have been shipped so we cannot refund”. Finally, after three months, I filed a complaint of fraud with my bank who refunded my money and have since closed the investigation. Now Woofing 10 is sending me threatening emails demanding their money because according to the USPS I received the products. I still have not received anything.
They have a US address but the products are not from the US as the original tracking numbers clearly showed.
If you go to trust pilot there are many reviews that state people either never received anything or received crappy products after months of waiting that ended up in the trash almost instantly.
Company makes no apologies for delayed shipping or for horrible products. This company is awful and no one should order from them.

I saw an add on Facebook for "Woofington" dog beds and toothbrushes, so placed an order. I was charged $68.80 on April 24th. I e-mailed the company on May 12th, as I had not yet received my order yet. The tracking number I was given only showed that the order was "in transit" from China. When I placed the order, I was not aware the items were coming from China. I received a response to my e-mail the same day, stating that due to COVID-19, it takes 15-30 days to deliver the item from the day it ships. I waited until May 27th, and then e-mailed the company again, stating that I want a refund if my order does not arrive by the end of the week. I was told to continue to wait, as the package is on its way. However, no one could tell me exactly where it is. One June 1st, I emailed them again and stated I want a refund, as it is clear to me that this is a scam, since they can’t tell me exactly where my order is. The last response I received was five days ago, stating "let me further check the details from our dispatch team and get back to you once update is available." I do have the thread of e-mails, including the tracking number and an e-mail stating the order was shipped, and the responses from the people I’ve e-mailed. The website does not have an address. I only know that the company is "out of" Canada, based on the debit charge from my bank account. I was also charged a $2.06 fee for an international purchase.
