I received a call from a person which he said his name was Melvin Gordon with Consumer protection in the Division of Gaming winnings. He asked me if I knew I had won the Royal Crown Sweepstakes in September and I told him no. He had me verify my address and said you need to call a phone number and give your claim number and he gave the claim number to me. I called and talked to Roger Sealy and he had me verified my information. He said you will have to pay 0.2 % out of 3.5 million dollars you have won because of the laws you have to fill out a registration and they can walk you through it all. I knew then it probably was a scam and I told him and he said they wouldn’t do that to anyone. He said they needed my email address and they will call you in 15 minutes. I didn’t do anything else.
