I ordered 3 statues and these [censored] never mailed them to me. Do not buy from SXG, report to FBI cyber security instead. They are excellent at collecting money but are horrible at customer relations.
I had made the terrible mistake on buying two statues from the website NarutoSXG for 80% off. I made the order April 14th, it is now July 8th and still no statue. I keep sending emails because they don’t have a phone number or website to get customer support. I have come to realized it’s been too long and I won’t be seeing any statue I [censored]ing hate that they can’t refund it but it’s ok they can keep the money broke [censored]ers scamming people. But I leave this so that you guys don’t make the same mistake make sure it’s a secure site and legit. I wasn’t awared but for sure won’t be buying online no more.
Ordered on April 1st, it is now [censored]ing July 1st. I kept on emailing those mf and they first told me there is going to be a delay, they then told me it is still being produced. After that, they told me it is completed and they are waiting for a tracking number. And now they said it is sent you their courier and is on the way. I’ve emailed bunch of times and they are ignoring me.
Took too long, received refund.
Lucky I didn’t get the option so now I have no statue and no refund

Site was selling collectables for 80 percent off limited made of 300. Then refunded money saying they sold too many but would have more for order in 2 weeks so I could buy again. The website info has changed from canada to New York and the phone number brings up another website laid out the same way with the same scheme selling mirrors mynxxe.com . They dont have the items but they are stealing credit card info! Still waiting to see if supposed refund comes back.
I got my statue. After like 3 weeks though.

This happened to me too then I got an email from my bank saying that I had requested a new card when I never did. They told me that the mirror would ship within 4 weeks so I’m going to wait to see what I get in the mail
